I recently ordered for the first time, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. I received an under-eye gel bottle that was more than half empty, which was quite shocking. Since I was out of town, I opened the parcel after 2 days and immediately raised a concern. However, I was informed that as per their policy, issues need to be reported within 24–48 hours, and hence my request could not be considered. While I understand policies are important, receiving a defective or used product is not acceptable—especially for a first-time customer. This experience has left me quite dissatisfied and hesitant to order again.
