Our team works hard to deliver your products with utmost care and love, hence products once sold cannot be returned except for a few special cases.

Refunds (if applicable)

No refunds are applicable if the order is delivered.

Late or missing Item Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sarinskin.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sarinskin.com and send your item to D 396 Defence Colony, New Delhi.

Shipping

We provide shipping with third-party courier partners. Shipping time May vary depending on location and situation from 2 days to up to 7 days.

If you received damaged products please email the pictures along with unboxing video of products on sarinskinsolutions@gmail.com.

The products will be Returned To Origin, validated and a replacement will be shipped once case is validated satisfactorily.

This process may take upto 30 days to complete.

To return your product, you should mail your product to D 396 Defence Colony, New Delhi-110024.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
