We work hard to deliver your products with care. Products once sold are generally not eligible for return, except in specific cases such as damage or defects.

No refunds are applicable once correct order has been delivered.


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you are expecting a refund and have not received it:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posted refunds may take additional time.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays are common.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We offer replacements only for items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@sarinskin.com and after verification we will get the product picked up from the original delivery address.

Once the product is received and quality checked we will send a refund or replacement as per your preference.


Shipping

We ship through trusted third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines vary by location and may range from 1 to 5 days.

If you receive a damaged product, please email clear photos along with an unboxing video.

Returned products will be inspected (Returned to Origin). Once validated, a replacement will be shipped or refund will be processed according to your preference.
This process may take up to 14 days.
