offer trusted skincare and haircare products, backed by real dermatology
experience. Our store is part of Sarin Skin Clinic (Defence Colony, New Delhi),
where we also offer expert consultations and treatments.
How can I get my skin or hair concernsresolved?
Buy from our online store – We list safe, high-performance products in easy categories and
filters that are built by dermatologists themselves
What is an online dermatologistconsultation?
It’s a video or phone call with a qualified
dermatologist where you can share your concerns, get diagnosed, and receive
product or treatment suggestions.

What are SarinSkin products?
We stock products used daily in our clinic:
cleansers, sunscreens, serums, actives, moisturizers, and hair growth
products—from top medical and cosmetic brands.
What if I experience irritation afterusing your products?
Stop using the product and contact our
team. We’ll review your routine and help you switch if needed. Most side
effects are mild and temporary.
Do the products require a prescription?
Most don’t. But if a product is
prescription-only, we’ll mention it clearly and you can book a consult to get
it.

We offer free shipping on all orders
above 599 Rs.
How long will it take for the order toreach me?
We ship within 24 hours. Most orders arrive
in 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
What can I do if my order dispatch isdelayed?
Please contact our support team. We’ll
check and give you an update right away.
Can I track my order once it is shipped?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link via
email or SMS. You can also check it under “My Orders” in your account.

What is the return policy at SarinSkin?
Unused, unopened products can be returned within 7 days. Some products (like actives or
serums) are non-returnable once opened
How are returns processed?
Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup and issue your refund within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working
days after the return is approved and received.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return individual items if
they meet the return conditions.
Do you ship products internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India.
