Injectables and Facial Fillers

With age, the loss of good fat from the face is inevitable. Fat is the support structure of the skin and other tissues underneath. With the loss of fat, the contour of the face changes, making it saggy and hollow.

At Sarin Skin Solutions, we use a wide array of facial fillers to bring more volume to targeted areas of the face. This aids in lifting up the face, easing out fine lines, and proving the face a desirable contour.

Skin Tightening & Body Fat Reduction

Everyone knows that wrinkles are a sign of aging. But not everyone realizes that in addition to wrinkles, loss of facial volume can age your appearance. Facial fillers (VOLUMA®, JUVÉDERM®, and Restylane®) are safe and natural cosmetic treatments that instantly restore volume and fullness to the face to correct moderate to severe wrinkles and folds.

As we age, our skin loses its elasticity and moisture. This normal aging process, as well as environmental factors like sun damage, cause facial lines, wrinkles, and folds to set in. Additionally, collagen begins to break down and volume loss can make the face look hollow or sunken. Our dermatologists are renowned for their expertise in non-surgical facial rejuvenation with injectable fillers.

We beautiful and natural-looking results for his patients by enhancing lost definition and volumizing the face with fillers such as Voluma, Juvederm, and Restylane.

Conditions treated by Injectables and Facial Fillers
Loose Sagging Skin

At Sarin Skin Solutions, we offer skin tightening treatments to women and men who are experiencing loose sagging skin. This condition can be caused by aging, with the loss of collagen and elastin over time.

Facial Volume Loss

The facial changes related to aging result from two simultaneous processes: decreased collagen resulting in sagging skin and facial volume loss of fat and bone. Too often patients and physicians focus on the droopiness of the face and do not take into consideration the concomitant loss of facial volume.

The most obvious features of facial volume loss include depressions of the areas just below the lower eyelids (tear trough), central cheek, temples, and chin. Most patients seeking facelifts actually need both a lift and replacement of lost facial volume. Facelifts, especially of the vertical vector type, are meant to increase cheek facial volume, however, they will not replace lost tear trough or chin volume.

Fillers include a number of products to replace lost facial volume. Fat transfer surgery removes unwanted fat from one area and injects it into the facial region. Chin augmentation is a permanent correction of lost chin volume and creates a dramatic improvement for patients with a weak chin.

Jowls or Weak Chin

Facial symmetry is a crucial aspect of our appearance. All of your facial features combine together to create the image of “you”; the individual that other people see. When it comes to the size of the chin or the development of jowls, even small changes can have staggering visual effects. This is because the bottom of your face needs to balance out the rest of the face, to create a proportional visual effect.

The Formation of Jowls

The jowl is an age-related problem that manifests itself as sagging skin around the jawline. This happens for several reasons. Firstly, some of the fatty tissue in the face will slowly migrate downward as we age.

This occurs due to the constant pull of gravity on our bodies, and the weakening of support structures that keep this fat in place. Secondly, the skin on the face begins to sag due to the depletion of collagen, a vital protein fiber that keeps that skin tight and resilient.

Weak Chin

In many cases, a weak chin is the result of genetics (though the injury may play a role in some cases). In some cases, the chin may also appear weak due to age-related depletion of facial tissue in the area and the loss of skin elasticity. Further, the appearance of jowls can alter the visible shape of the chin, thereby making it appear weaker.

To correct a weak chin, we use dermal fillers: • Dermal Fillers: In some cases, a weak chin can be enhanced through the selective use of dermal fillers. These injectables bring volume to the treatment area, and can even produce outcomes that last from several months to several years, depending on the filler used. Even a small increase in the size of the chin can produce a dramatic change, by bringing more balance to the face.

Thin Lips

Women and men who have thinning lips or wrinkles around their lip line due to aging can benefit greatly from lip enhancement. Full, sensual lips have long been considered an aesthetic ideal. Lip augmentation with lip implants or dermal fillers can plump up lips and enhance the look of the entire face.

Those who have thin lips can especially benefit from lip enhancement when looking to achieve balance in the face. Recovery time after a lip augmentation procedure is typically short, making lip enhancement one of the easiest ways to make the face more visually appealing.
