This is a very good shampoo... my hair becomes very soft and remains frizz free. Thank you so much Dr. Sarin ma'am you had suggested this and I am very happy with its result .
This is a very old product 2022 manufactured. It will get expired in a few months. I bought a the 300 ml shampoo so that it will last long. It will be for long term use. But this will get wasted. I don't know if the product will be less effective or it is already partially ruined as it's already been two years. Totally wasted my money on this product. I am badly disappointed. Also disappointed with your return refund policy how do you do it can you please explain. I bought other products with this one of which was a moisturizer hyra active one on which I had doubt because I got totally different packaging but then I found out that it is the new packaging so I got relieved. But when I had doubt I mailed for return exchange or refund but I didn't get any response at all. I felt very helpless. But thak got later found out it was the new packaging. But as I got no response. I also couldn't figure out how to return or exchange or refund from your page. It's very unhelpful. Helplessly I opened the shampoo because I totally couldn't figure out from where how to return exchange or refund. Please improvise your website for these policies. Just how you come to ask for reviews please reply to people's requests 🙏 with your absence and absence or inconvenience of these policies, costumers breakdown especially for lower middle class customers as me. I am totally disappointed. If this message reaches you please reply and clearly explain me your return exchange or refund policy. It will be useful later if I purchase anything from here. Otherwise scared I will totally not purchase from here. I will definitely prefer safer promising other markets.
