Tezcort Cream is a prescription topical corticosteroid containing clobetasol propionate 0.05% w/w in a cream base. It is used under medical supervision for inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and bullous pemphigoid, where symptoms can include redness, swelling and itching. Clobetasol helps reduce inflammation and itching by suppressing inflammatory chemical signals in the skin. It is a potent corticosteroid and should be applied only to the affected areas and for the duration prescribed by a physician.
