I ordered three bottles of minoxidil from the SarinSkin website. Out of the three, two were fine, but one bottle was expired. I shared a full unboxing video as proof. However, they refused to exchange or refund it just because the expiry date wasn’t clearly visible in the video.
As a customer, this feels extremely unfair. I ended up losing ₹500 for a product that was already expired, which is not my fault. The product issue aside, the customer service was very disappointing and unhelpful. Overall, I am very upset with this experience and do not trust their service anymore.
