I had ordered two nos of Brinton D'experts Hyaluronic Acid Face Serum from your site. I opened the parcel on 27th Feb and the outer packaging was very good. However, on 28th Feb when my wife opened first serum packet, she found that the serum bottle has leaked completely inside the serum product packaging and the serum bottle was empty. We immediately opened the second serum packet and weighted both the serum bottles on our food weighting machine. The empty serum bottle weighted 51 grams and it's wet leaking packeting weighted 62 grams. The pristine bottle weighted 78 grams and it's dry packeting weighted 43 grams. All outer packaging was good, so I didn't suspect anything till the opening of the first bottle. I have previously purchased similar products from your site and the overall experience was very good. However, I contacted customer care & they refused to listen to my situation. We don't anticipate beforehand that we may get cheated & take meticulous video evidence like a police investigator regarding every step of unboxing. A goodwill was expected from the company which the you have failed to deliver. Will not buy again from this site again as my trust was broken. As the serum bottle has net content of only 30grams, such small difference due to leakage cannot be sensed beforehand to suspect something amiss.
